We will adventure to the beautiful city of Puebla, volcanoes and a mountainous landscape will guide our way out, Puebla famous for its mole, cemitas, chalupas, chiles en nogada (seasonal), rompope, camotes and all different types of sweets along with its history and architecture will steal your heart, located about 120 km away from Mexico City, this is also one of the oldest cities in the American continent, stablished back in the XVI century as the first city built for Spanish conquistadors, the colourful Talavera (blue ceramic tiles) is also a tradition from this region.
In route we will also visit the town of Cholula with its impressive sanctuary of Our Lady of Remedies built on top of the ruins of an old pyramid destroyed by conquistadors almost 500 years ago.
